Role Description – Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team at VOLORA. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Secunderabad (Hyderabad), with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating workforce activities, and ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between management, clients, and on-site teams to deliver seamless project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor progress of interior design and execution works to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers for timely material delivery and installation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively to avoid project delays.
• Oversee material usage, site inventory, and resource allocation.
• Assist in preparing and verifying measurements, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and work progress for billing.
• Act as the main point of contact between design teams and site workers, ensuring proper interpretation of drawings and layouts.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and handovers.
• Support in training and guiding site workers for best practices and work efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site supervision, project execution, or construction management (interior projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior design execution, wardrobe installation, carpentry, modular furniture, and fit-outs.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications and prior experience in the interior or luxury design industry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
