Job Description:

We are hiring a Supervisor for our operations in Nashik. The ideal candidate should be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience in supervising teams, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved on time.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers effectively.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and safety guidelines.

Maintain discipline and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.

Coordinate with management to ensure efficient resource utilisation.

Keep daily reports on work progress and any issues faced on-site.

Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest solutions.

Provide on-the-job training to junior staff as needed.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards at the worksite.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.

Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage a team and handle operational challenges.

Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
