Job summary

Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management within the Real Estate, Roads, Highways, and Residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and timelines.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed and materials used, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Ensure optimal use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of site supervision experience in the Real Estate, Road, Highways, or Residential sectors.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Advanced certifications in construction management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
