Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor at Udumbunthala Construction Company (UCCO), you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations in Kadavathur. Your role will involve ensuring that work progress aligns with project plans, timelines, and quality standards. You will be managing construction activities, coordinating with contractors, inspecting site work, and resolving any on-ground challenges. Regular communication with project managers, architects, and engineers will be essential to ensure successful project execution.
