Site Supervisor Trainee

As a Site Supervisor Trainee, your role will involve supervising and monitoring daily construction activities on-site, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. You will also be responsible for coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth project execution, maintaining accurate site documentation, and supporting project engineers and managers in achieving project timelines. This position offers you the opportunity to gain practical exposure and grow into a full-fledged Site Supervisor/Engineer role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site. - Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth project execution. - Maintain accurate site documentation (daily progress reports, material records, labor details). - Support project engineers and managers in achieving project timelines. - Gain practical exposure and grow into a full-fledged Site Supervisor/Engineer role. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Experience: 01 year (Freshers eligible). - Strong interest in site supervision and project management. - Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills. - Ability to adapt, learn, and take responsibility in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work at project sites.
