Site Supervisor - Solar

You will be working as a Site Supervisor at Kraftwork Solar in Kochi, responsible for overseeing the completion of residential/commercial PV projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Site Surveys: Visit customer locations to survey the roof and house for feasibility and design of the PV system. - Managing Installation: Supervise a team of installers, allocate resources efficiently, track project completion status daily, and address any installation bottlenecks. - Troubleshooting & Service: Address post-installation technical queries from customers regarding power production, maintenance, and service. - Building Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and track referrals generated through project teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Educational background: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline - Previous experience in the solar industry - Strong communication and consultative sales skills - Self-motivated and proactive - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment Preferred qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy) In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, some benefits offered by the company include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
