Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in PEB/Steel Building projects

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with at least 1 year to 3 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to PEB erection.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Monitor workforce (fitters, welders, helpers, subcontractors) and assign tasks effectively.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines and ensure all workers follow safety practices.
• Check materials received at site and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage.
• Coordinate with the Plant manager, project manager, engineers, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
• Assist in quality checks for alignment, bolting, welding, and painting of PEB structures.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per project schedule.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of site experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings / Steel Structures.
• Basic knowledge of erection sequence, tools, and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work on-site under challenging conditions.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
