Site Engineer Civil

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution

• Supervise day-to-day civil activities related to

  RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and blockwork

  .
• Ensure all works are executed as per

  GFC drawings, technical specifications

  , and safety protocols.
• Guide and control labour teams for productivity, workmanship, and safety compliance.
  

Drawing & BBS Interpretation

• Read and interpret

  structural and architectural drawings

  , including reinforcement details.
• Cross-verify BBS with site requirements and ensure cutting, bending, and fixing is done correctly.
  
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for pre- and post-activity inspections.
  

Labour & Resource Management

• Allocate and monitor

  labour deployment

  for each activity, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Coordinate with stores and planning teams for material requirements in advance.
  
• Minimize idle time and ensure smooth flow of resources and manpower.
  

Planning & Progress Tracking

• Plan daily and weekly activities in coordination with the Project Engineer/Manager.
  
• Maintain

  daily progress reports, labour productivity logs, and resource checklists

  .
• Report execution status, constraints, and required actions to the Project Manager.
  

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all site works are carried out with

  quality workmanship

  and in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain records of

  concrete pour logs, cube test reports, material usage

  , and rework (if any).
• Proactively resolve execution-related issues in consultation with seniors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 10 years of

  hands-on site experience

  in high-rise residential construction
• Capable of

  leading a team of supervisors and labour

  for smooth and safe execution
• Strong understanding of

  concrete works, bar bending, formwork, and finishing basics

• Proficient in computer skills for basic reporting and documentation
  
• Self-driven, hardworking, and able to deliver under tight timelines
