Site Supervisor

As a Construction Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee work at various construction sites by visiting them regularly, ensuring the quality of work by labourers, guiding workers to complete tasks on time, and ensuring that all finishing details are as per standard. You will also be required to communicate with site engineers or company representatives, report updates or issues to management, and ensure that safety and site rules are followed. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of construction and labour supervision, be a responsible and honest individual, possess the ability to manage and guide workers on-site, and be willing to travel to different sites as required. While formal education is not mandatory, practical experience and familiarity with site work are essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a willingness to take on responsibilities and show commitment to the job. The starting salary for this position is 18,000 - 20,000 per month, with the potential for an increase up to 25,000 based on performance and level of responsibility. You will also receive a travel allowance, health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus, and have the opportunity for growth within the company.
