The main role is to visit sites on different days, check that the work is being done properly, and guide the workers (labourers) to complete tasks correctly and on time. This is not a high-level or office-based job – we just need a practical and honest person who knows how to manage workers, identify basic construction/final finishing issues, and ensure everything is going as per plan. --- Key Responsibilities: Visit construction sites regularly as per schedule. Monitor and check the quality of work done by labourers. Guide and instruct workers to fix any issues or complete pending work. Ensure the finishing and other details are done as per standard. Communicate with the site engineer or company representatives when needed. Answer any on-site questions or updates. Report updates, delays, or problems to the management. Ensure workers follow safety and basic site rules. --- Requirements: Basic knowledge of construction and labour supervision. Must be responsible, punctual, and honest. Ability to handle and guide 5–15 workers on-site. Must be able to travel to various sites as needed. No high education required – experience and understanding of site work is more important.
