Job Description

Hiring: Site Supervisor – Solar Installation

Location: Patna
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: ITI – Electrician (Preferred)
Industry: Solar / Electrical Installation
Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily solar installation site activities
Manage and guide installation technicians and electricians
Ensure timely completion of projects as per company standards
Maintain site safety and compliance with electrical regulations
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship for quality assurance
Prepare daily reports and update project progress to management
Coordinate with the project and operations teams

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of solar system installation process
Hands-on experience in electrical wiring, cabling, and panel setup
Ability to manage manpower and on-site issues
Basic computer knowledge for report updates
Good communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
