Key Responsibilities and Tasks : Supervision and Leadership: Directs and supervises diesel mechanics, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. Maintenance and Repair: Oversees routine and complex diesel engine repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance schedules. Quality Control: Ensures all repair work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations. Planning and Scheduling: Develops and manages maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Inventory Management: Manages inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
