Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and exhibitions. This position involves overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring that all activities align with project plans, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution

• Supervise site setup, dismantling, and logistics.
• Translate design briefs into actionable plans.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule.

2. Team Coordination

• Lead technicians, laborers, and ground staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities.
• Collaborate with design, production, and client servicing teams.

3. Vendor & Material Management

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
• Manage inventory and avoid overstocking.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce safety protocols and venue regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement crowd control measures.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place.

5. Client Interaction

• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients.
• Provide regular updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and client satisfaction.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Assist in post-event analysis and feedback.
• Support future project planning with operational insights.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in events or interior projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,891.21 per month
