Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks efficiently, and monitoring project progress. Regular inspections of construction sites will be necessary to identify and resolve issues promptly, while also ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and tools as needed. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders will be essential to meet project requirements. Keeping accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, work progress, and expenses, will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar position within the construction industry. A strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools is required, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, as well as familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures, is essential. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability and the possibility of a performance bonus. A Diploma is preferred for education qualification, and at least 1 year of total work experience is preferred. Day shift availability and a willingness to travel up to 75% are also desirable for this role, which requires in-person work at various locations.
