Job Description

Project Management: Planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily activities to ensure project milestones are met. Supervision: Supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, delegating tasks, and providing guidance. Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work performed, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, and addressing any issues promptly. Communication: Communicating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing concerns. Resource Management: Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure they are available when needed and used efficiently. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise on-site, such as equipment malfunctions or delays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
