Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site operations Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards Manage and monitor subcontractors and laborers Maintain project documentation and progress reports Communicate effectively with project managers and clients Requirements: Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Good leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
