Site Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor at Khar location, you will be responsible for supervising the daily installation work at the site, guiding workers for the execution process, maintaining records of attendance and daily work progress, ensuring that all safety rules are followed, communicating with contractors and team members, checking the work regularly for quality and finish, solving site problems, and managing tools, materials, and workers at the site. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily installation work at the site. - Guide workers for the execution process. - Maintain records of attendance, daily work progress, and site updates. - Ensure all safety rules are followed at the site. - Communicate with contractors and team members about the work. - Regularly check the work to ensure good quality and finish. - Solve any small site problems and report bigger issues to the manager. - Manage tools, materials, and workers at the site. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in site work (Civil work preferred). - Technical knowledge of construction work. - Ability to read site drawings and plans. - Good communication and team handling skills. - Willingness to travel to different sites if needed.,
