Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. Your role involves ensuring that civil, finishing, and MEP works are executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and within project timelines. - Supervise construction work for residential buildings (towers, villas, row houses, etc.) from foundation to finishing stage. - Coordinate with contractors, labor, vendors, and engineers for smooth site operations. - Ensure quality of civil, structural, finishing, and interior works as per specifications. - Monitor material usage, deliveries, and stock to avoid delays or wastage. - Maintain daily progress reports, labor records, and site checklists. - Conduct regular quality checks for plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, and electrical works. - Ensure compliance with RERA requirements, safety protocols, and local authority regulations. - Identify and escalate issues related to delays, rework, or quality deviations to Project Manager. - Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients when required. - Support project handover by ensuring snag-free finishing and documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong understanding of residential construction processes (civil + finishing). - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. - Good communication and team coordination skills. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Hands-on site management with leadership qualities. Qualification & Experience required: - Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. - 4-6 years of experience as Site Supervisor in residential real estate projects. - Experience in high-rise construction and finishing works preferred. - Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
