Role Description

The Site Supervisor - Interiors will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of interior installation projects. This full-time, on-site position in Mumbai will involve supervising work on-site, coordinating with teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining quality and safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, scheduling and managing workforce tasks, monitoring project progress, resolving site-related challenges, and ensuring strict compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

• Proficiency in interpreting design plans and technical documentation
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques relevant to interior installations
• Familiarity with quality assurance and safety protocols in construction and installation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients and team members
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve site challenges efficiently
• Experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective project execution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field, Architecture, Electrical, Mehanical, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar site supervision role is highly advantageous
• Should stay in Central route of Mumbai suburbs
