Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and timely execution of the projects to meet the company's high standards. Your key responsibilities will include supervising on-site fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to designs and project timelines. You will be required to closely coordinate with contractors and teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conducting quality checks and enforcing safety standards will also be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting progress on projects and resolving any on-site issues promptly to maintain project efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out supervision. A strong understanding of fit-out processes and materials is essential. Your leadership skills and ability to solve problems efficiently will be vital in managing on-site challenges. While a diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design is preferred, candidates with equivalent experience and skills will also be considered.
