SITE SUPERVISOR-INSULATION

Job Purpose:

The Site Supervisor – Insulation will be responsible for overseeing all insulation-related activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring smooth on-site execution of insulation works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all insulation activities at the project site.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Ensure that all insulation materials are used as per specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate site records, including work progress, materials used, and manpower deployment.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with company and client safety policies.
• Report daily progress and highlight potential issues to the Site/Project Manager.
• Ensure that all work is executed within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Assist in inspection and testing of completed insulation works.
• Handle any site-level troubleshooting and technical issues related to insulation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (or ITI with relevant experience).
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in industrial insulation works (thermal, acoustic, hot/cold insulation).
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials and applications.
• Excellent site supervision and team management skills.
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and daily reporting formats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
