Role SummarySite Supervisors will support the Site Engineers by maintaining site discipline, records, and ensuring smooth daily progress of work.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and labour deployment Maintain site records, registers, reports, and checklists Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality requirements Track daily progress and report deviations Coordinate with Site Engineers for execution priorities Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at site
Required Qualifications & Experience Diploma / ITI / relevant construction qualification 3-5 years of experience in building construction supervision Good understanding of civil construction activities Ability to maintain documentation and reports Experience on high-rise sites preferred
