🔨 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction activities and site operations
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers
Ensure timely execution of work as per project milestones
Uphold quality standards and enforce safety protocols
Communicate progress and challenges to the project manager
🎯 Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in bungalow or residential construction
Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must be available full-time on-site in Ludhiana
Personal Vehicle to come and go
