Pay Scale: Freshers : 12000-14000 (Gross), Experienced : 15000-18000 (Gross)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities
• Manage laborers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and report to the project manager
• Solve on-site issues promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Fresher/Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
