Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, ensure project specifications are followed, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure work is executed as per design and regulations.

Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on the construction site.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Perform quality control checks and resolve any technical issues or unexpected delays.

Manage and maintain project documentation and site records.

Assist in planning project timelines, material estimation, and resource allocation

Liaise with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials.

Monitor site compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

[1-5]+ years of experience in a site engineering or similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
