Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and within the set timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of site coordination, labor management, material handling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure work is executed as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
• Track labor attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
• Assist in material procurement and verify deliveries against orders.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager or higher management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (civil or construction field preferred).
• Diploma or ITI in Civil / Construction / Related Discipline (preferred).
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and on-site processes.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reporting formats.
• Ability to handle the workforce efficiently and maintain discipline at the site.

• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
