Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available as per project needs.
• Quality & Safety Control
• Monitor work progress for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Report and address any safety incidents or hazards.
• Progress & Reporting
• Maintain daily site reports (work done, manpower, materials used).
• Report progress delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly progress summaries.
• Workforce Management
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity.
• Manage attendance, discipline, and site conduct of labourers.
• Resolve on-site conflicts efficiently.
• Liaison & Communication
• Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and clients.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates.
• Coordinate inspection and approval from relevant authorities.
• Documentation
• Maintain proper site records, inspection logs, and material receipts.
• Verify contractor work for billing and measurement purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
