Padhuva Associates is an architectural fabricating company specializing in aluminium glass systems, façade works, canopies, handrails, gates, skylights, and custom metal fabrication. We focus on modern, innovative, and high-quality execution across residential and commercial projects.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Site supervision and coordination of ongoing projects
• Managing labour and daily site activities
• Client interaction and relationship management
• Coordinating with office design and fabrication teams
• Ensuring work quality and timely project execution

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam and Hindi preferred)
• Basic understanding of architectural or interior works
• Ability to handle labour and site coordination
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
• Freshers are welcome
