Job summary

The Civil Site Supervisor will manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves supervising construction workers, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision: Supervise daily site operations to ensure project requirements are met, including quality standards and timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards for materials and workmanship to uphold project specifications.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present reports detailing project progress, issues, and corrective measures.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in construction site supervision, particularly in the residential real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B. Tech / B.E.) or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with local construction regulations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Must know Kannada language
• Should have experience in Architectural Firm is plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
