Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction sites in Gurgaon. Your duties will include inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards, supervising and instructing the construction team and subcontractors, and educating site workers on safety regulations. You will enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and handle accidents according to protocol. Additionally, you will maintain attendance records, evaluate employee performance, and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
