Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor(Civil)to oversee construction activities at our project sites in Chennai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising site works, coordinating with vendors/labour, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labourers for smooth workflow.
• Track material requirements, usage, and ensure timely availability at site.
• Maintain site records including daily reports, photos, and checklists.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
• Address on-site challenges and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure safe and organized work environment at all times.

Key Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction projects).
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, materials, and execution practices.
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil; basic English required (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Willingness to work full-time from site.
