Job Title: Site Supervisor – Construction Department: Construction / Project Management Location: Indira Medical College Hospital, Tiruvallur (Near Chennai) Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, manage labor, enforce safety protocols, and ensure project execution as per specifications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of supervising teams, and experienced in handling day-to-day site operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and labor. Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor daily progress and keep records of site activities and labor deployment. Manage materials on site to prevent shortages or wastage. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow. Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Report work status, delays, or issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in Civil Engineering 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision. Solid understanding of construction procedures and equipment.
