Job Description: As a Site Supervisor, your role involves inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. You will be supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors, ensuring that they adhere to construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Your responsibilities will include enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries, and handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Additionally, you will be maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance, evaluating their performance, and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
