Site supervisor and Technician for Windows and doors

Job Profiles:

1. Brief on overall job responsibility: You will have to attend sites on a

daily basis. It is required that you visit office, on daily

basis - in evening, so as to update your day‘s progress in the reporting document and to

discuss needful things with your sales managers

2. The job role starts once the sales manager has closed the order.

3. The first step is to take the final opening sizes and the final details of the site

Final Sizes taking always with the concerned sales manager and the

document will always be with ‘reconfirmation stamp’.

4. Proper documentation of the above for production will have to be maintained, as per

the prescribed format

5. Planning: Management of the Installation team/s and; contractors

6. Sites Supervision for proper and best quality installation and Sites handing over

7. Final site handing over to be done in your presence only.

8. To procure relevant site completion, handover documentation along Customer

Feedback Form, both duly signed by the customer and Google review

9. Coordination with back office team mainly Production

10. Coordination with the customers; the respective sales managers

11. To also manage the service calls and make sure the timely revert solution for the

same

12. Work progress and Reporting documentation

13. Weekly review calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
