Job Requirements :

• Should have total 8+ years of experience and 4+ years of relevant experience. Certification on AZ-900, AZ-104
• Azure Platform Operations & Monitoring. Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks. Azure Storage, Key Vault, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Knowledge of SDLC process like requirement gathering, design, implementation (Coding), testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation, monitoring & Incident Management. Proficiency in setting up alerts, dashboards, and automated responses
• Experience with uptime/health monitoring and SLA enforcement
• Ability to triage platform issues and coordinate with engineering teams. Comfortable with log review, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
