Site Reliability Engineer

What We re Looking For

• Reliability and Performance Focus:

  A deep understanding of maintaining and improving system reliability, performance, and scalability. Experience with monitoring, incident response, and system optimization is essential.
• Strong Fundamentals - Strong Foundations in Linux and Networking. Should have worked with Kubernetes, cloud infra. ( GCP, Azure, AWS etc )

• Problem-Solving and Innovation:

  A hacker mentality with the ability to tackle complex problems, iterate on solutions, and innovate to improve system reliability and user experiences.

  Proficiency in managing large-scale distributed systems and familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.

What you will do

• Enhance System Reliability:

  Focus on redesigning and rebuilding our systems to ensure they are robust, scalable, and ready for future growth.

• Strengthen Security:

  Implement and maintain best practices for system and data security. Proactively identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and ensure infrastructure is resilient against threats.

• Drive Compliance:

  Help ensure our infrastructure and processes meet global compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO27001). Work closely with internal teams to embed compliance into day-to-day engineering practices.

• Build and Maintain Systems:

  Develop, maintain, and improve systems and subsystems related to infrastructure, ETL automation, and data processing.

• Collaborate on Solutions:

  Work closely with our Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to address and solve emerging customer challenges.

• Ownership

  . You won t be delegated tasks. You will be given ownership and accountability of outcomes and all the support you need. It is your task to figure out how to remove roadblocks and reach desired outcomes.
