Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Operations & Manpower Coordinator to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across client sites and manage manpower requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Hire, deploy, and manage manpower as per site requirements.

Ensure there is no shortage of staff at client locations.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism of staff on sites.

Act as a bridge between management and site staff.

Handle basic client queries and ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in facility management, operations, or manpower coordination.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle manpower planning and recruitment.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
