Site Operations Manager (F&B Industry) (1-2 years)

The job involves managing and monitoring daily cafeteria activities, including food and beverage service. You will be responsible for product ordering and addressing queries related to HungerBox products. Recognizing client needs and ensuring they are met with the assistance of city/central staff is a key aspect of the role. You will also be responsible for managing escalations at the site level with the help of the operations team and ensuring timely resolution. Client management will be a daily task, involving meetings and reporting to ensure a better user experience and maintain client relationships. Additionally, you will need to skillfully manage food vendors to uphold HungerBox policies and deliver expected service standards. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverages, Tourism, or Aviation. Prior experience of 1-2 years in hotels, cafeterias, restaurants, or facility management is preferred.,
