Job Summary: The Site Engineer Civil & Interior Works is responsible for executing and managing all on-site activities related to civil and interior projects. This includes supervising construction and interior fit-out work, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring timely completion as per project specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution & Supervision Execute day-to-day site activities for civil and interior works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, false ceilings, partitions, carpentry, painting, etc. Supervise and monitor labor and subcontractor performance. Interpret technical drawings and BOQs to guide site execution. 2. Planning & Coordination Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and vendors for smooth workflow. Prepare daily and weekly work schedules based on the project timeline. Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and workforce as per plan. 3. Quality Assurance & Control Implement quality checks as per standards and specifications. Inspect materials and workmanship at each stage. Raise RFIs and checklists for consultant/client inspections. 4. Safety Compliance Ensure safety norms and site discipline are maintained. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce use of PPEs. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records, measurement books, labor and material logs. Submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager. Support in contractor billing and quantity verification. 6. Handover & Closure Participate in snagging and de-snagging processes. Ensure all finishing works are completed to quality standards before handover. Role & responsibilities To Understand and to educate all the staffs on the subject of safety. To ensure and to report out on whether all the staffs understood or not. To ensure Daily Safety Meeting is conducted without fail before the start of work at the plant. Ensure raw material preparation has been done as per the 'Raw material preparation SOP'. And also to ensure the feed rates are meeting the plant capacity and target Ensure required manpower (min.- 4) is deployed for manual segregation of glass, boulders, concrete blocks, clothes / plastics in bigger sizes (> 250 mm), which may damage the equipment and give trouble for segregation process Order of priority is a follows:1. Glass ; 2. Boulders / Concrete blocks ; 3. Big size fabric / plastic ; 4 . Tyre ; 5. wood Ensure Trommel screen holes are free from any Jam or blockage , abnormal sound in any part of trommel ( eg : support roller , motor and gear box ) , over heating of motor & gearbox Ensure all employees wear proper PPEs like Helmet, mask, Goggles, Apron, Safety shoes, etc., Ensure employees attending work above 8 feet height is wearing "Safety Belt" without fail Ensure Welder is wearing the Welding Shield and Welding Gloves before starting the work Ensure pulley guard, chain guard and safety guard at all segregation points. Ensure all Earthrod Pits are covered safely with chamber. Ensure all safety measures are strickly before taking Maintenance Work. Lubrication must be checked frequently like GearOil checking, Lubricating Sprockets, Greasing to bearings on daily, weekly, monthly basis as per requirements and to post the photos in concerned groups without fail.
