Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including progress reports, compliance records, and safety logs.
Coordinate effectively with Project Management Consultants (PMC) to ensure project alignment and adherence to timelines.
Conduct estimation work related to materials, labor, and project costs to support budgeting and resource allocation.
Oversee timely execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
Ensure cost-effective project delivery by monitoring resource utilization and minimizing wastage.
Maintain high standards of quality in all construction activities, complying with specifications and safety regulations.
Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders including contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients for smooth project progress.
Monitor site safety and ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to foster productivity and maintain morale.
