Site IT Specialist

Role Overview: As a Site IT Specialist at our company, your main responsibility will be to build and provide specific IT solutions, services, and support activities under the guidance and responsibility of a Site IT Manager or Country IT Manager. You will play a crucial role in aligning business requirements with IT systems and processes, managing projects seamlessly, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business Unit IT Management, internal, and 3rd Party IT Suppliers to align business requirements with IT systems and processes. - Manage projects, requirements, and escalations according to global targets and strategy. - Support the implementation of operational tactics that enhance business operations. - Manage local IT projects, services, and processes at both tactical and operational levels, applying IT best practices for assessment, review, management, and monitoring. - Ensure compliance of IT services with local laws, local license compliance, and local IT controls compliance. - Monitor the local IT budgeting process and budget in the respective local area. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in different IT roles. - Experience in MS Office tools & L6S. - Certified in ITIL Foundation. - Project Management methodologies/ PMP, Agile experience is preferred. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
