Site In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of water and wastewater treatment plants.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports, logs, and operational records
.
Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Implement
best practices for process optimization and cost efficiency
.
Ensure adherence to
industrial safety protocols and quality standards
.
Lead and manage the operational team effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in
STP, ETP, RO, and MBR systems
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to
lead and manage teams
.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Awareness of
safety and compliance standards
.
