Site In-charge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Incharge to oversee daily site operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of construction activities. The role involves managing labor, supervising subcontractors, maintaining progress reports, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise day-to-day site activities according to the project schedule
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Ensure execution as per architectural and structural drawings
• Manage manpower, material, and machinery efficiently
• Monitor progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
• Maintain site documentation, including material stock, attendance, bills, etc.
• Ensure implementation of safety protocols and compliance with regulations
• Identify delays or technical issues and coordinate resolutions
• Attend site meetings with management and consultants
• Assist in planning procurement and usage of materials

Key Skills:

• Strong site management and team leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and standards
• Good knowledge of project planning and execution
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of site execution experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience handling a site independently
• Knowledge of local construction practices and labor laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
