Job Description

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Operational Support:
Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure the effective execution of renewable energy projects, aligning with the companys strategic objectives.

Coordination and Monitoring:Closely monitor project progress and coordinate with the corporate team to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across all project stages.

Project Supervision:Oversee the development and implementation of new renewable energy projects and Project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Reporting to Senior Management:Report directly to senior management, delivering insights and updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic and Tactical Assistance:Assist in all strategic and tactical matters related to project development and implementation, contributing to decision- making processes and strategic planning.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Team Leadership:Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community representatives, to build support and facilitate project implementation.
