Site Fitter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Fitter to handle on-site furniture and modular component installations for interior projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in fitting wardrobes, kitchen units, wall panels, loose furniture, and modular systems as per design and layout drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, partitions, and other interior components as per the design and technical drawings.
• Handle assembly and fitting of furniture at client sites, ensuring accuracy, quality, and finish.
• Assist in unloading, unpacking, and organizing material for site execution.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently during fitting work.
• Read and understand technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisor, and project team for smooth site execution.
• Ensure timely completion of fitting tasks as per project schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
• Report defects, missing items, or fitting issues to the site supervisor immediately.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in furniture fitting or interior installations.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, drills, cutters, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow basic layout drawings and installation guides.
• Familiarity with different types of hardware, fittings, and joinery techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and installing furniture units.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work at various site locations and flexible hours, if needed.

Preferred Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Carpentry, Fitting, or relevant technical field.
• Experience working in residential or commercial interior fit-out projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
