Key Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Two wheeler required. * 1 years of experience in construction/site supervision. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise site activities and ensure safety compliance. * Monitor progress and collaborate with teams for on-time delivery. * Manage resources, materials, and project documentation. * Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays.
