• Execute and supervise all waterproofing works for the Rashtrapati Bhavan (North Block) project as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and government project protocols.

• Conduct surface preparation, testing, and application of approved waterproofing systems (APP, PU coating, crystalline, injection grouting, etc.).

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives for smooth execution.

• Maintain detailed site records, material usage reports, and progress documentation.

• Attend site inspections and resolve waterproofing-related issues promptly.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of all types of waterproofing systems.

• Familiar with heritage structure work protocols and government project documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2. Job Title: Costing & Estimation Engineer

Location: Head Office – Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR

Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for waterproofing, finishing, and interior projects.

• Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain material and labor quotations.

• Prepare and submit cost comparison sheets and assist in budget planning.

• Monitor project cost vs. actual expense during execution.

• Support project team in cost control and variation claims.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of estimation software (AutoCAD, Rate Analysis, etc.).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Experience in waterproofing/interior/civil finishing works preferred.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

The Project Manager – Finishing & Interior will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all interior and finishing works at the site. The role involves planning, execution, supervision, and timely completion of the project while maintaining quality, cost, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute all finishing and interior works including false ceiling, flooring, and painting, carpentry, joinery, and MEP coordination.

• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements.

• Manage site teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Conduct regular site meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

• Handle quality checks and approvals of materials and finishes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Support procurement activities and verify contractor bills as per site progress.

• Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in high-end interior & finishing works (residential/commercial projects).
