Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily site activities for industrial construction projects.

• Read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.

• Supervise and coordinate work of subcontractors, labor, and vendors.

• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and adherence to quality standards.

• Manage materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently on site.

• Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.

• Resolve any technical issues or site constraints in coordination with design and planning teams.

• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and environmental policies.

• Participate in site meetings and assist in client/vendor coordination.

• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and maintain site documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.

• 3-6 years of experience in site execution, preferably in industrial construction projects.

• Strong understanding of industrial building standards, construction methodologies, and materials.

• Familiarity with project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to steel structures, RCC works, and MEP coordination.

• Knowledge of ISO/QC documentation, billing, and safety practices.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
