B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. 4-5 years of experience in site engineering or a related role. 3. Knowledge of drafting (e.g., AutoCAD) and site management principles. 4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Familiarity with construction management software. 2. Experience with project management methodologies. 3.
