Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Management:

Manage and supervise daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications.

Quality Control & Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the work meets the required quality standards and complies with the design documents and safety regulations.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with interior designers, MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of work processes and timelines.

Material & Resource Management:

Ensure timely procurement and supply of construction materials. Verify material quality and ensure that materials used on-site are per the project's requirements and specifications.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the project site adheres to all safety regulations and health guidelines. Conduct safety audits and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Schedule Management:

Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring that work progresses according to the timeline. Monitor and address any delays promptly.

Cost Management:

Ensure that the project remains within budget by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and minimizing wastage of resources.

Client Communication:

Regularly update the client on the progress of the project and address any concerns or feedback promptly. Maintain professional relations with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Post-Project Handover:

Oversee the smooth handover of the completed project, ensuring that all deliverables meet the expectations and quality standards set by the client.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering) or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction or interior fit-out projects. Experience in handling onsite construction or fit-out projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and interior fit-out processes.

- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and design specifications.

- Proficiency in site management and construction supervision.

- Familiarity with quality control practices and construction safety standards.

On-Site Requirement

This role requires the engineer to be stationed on-site for the duration of each project. Projects can be located in any part of India, and the engineer will be transferred to a new location upon the completion of the current project.
